The juice sales manager will develop the compelling customer proposition for FMCG product sell-in; define channel strategy and develop the trade plan incl. distribution, merchandising and promotion; execute the plan to achieve the target and establish healthy relationship with key customers; monitor the competitor activities and develop defense plan if needed;

Success requires in-depth channel & customer understanding, clear thinking, strong communication & problem solving skills, combined with passion for brand business in its fullest meaning and relentless drive for flawless execution.


Responsibilities:
1. Develop compelling customer value proposition and sell-in strategy based on in-depth customer insights and solid understanding of brand/product story
2. Define on-brand channel strategy & sell-in plan with clear priority to achieve sales target and execute with strong sales & communication skills
3. Design solid trade plan incl. distribution, merchandising and promotion with flawless execution to drive the business and brand
4. Develop healthy relationship with important customers with proactive communication & strong problem solving skills
5. Monitor competitor trade activities timely and develop defense plan if needed;

3. Flexibility for travel to top cities is needed
