Requirements:

Construction or Engineering university degree with professional or equivalent qualification registration.

工程背景专业大专以上学历

Minimum of 5-10 year's industrial construction experience for foreign-invested projects (with emphasis on Semiconductor or electronics projects),

5-10年外资工业施工工程经验，半导体或电子行业优先考虑

overseas experience is an asset.

海外工作经验优先考虑

High Purity Distribution Systems experience will be preferred.

高纯管道系统施工及焊接经验优先考虑

Ability to coordinate multiple disciplines on a variety of projects.

有能力协调各种施工项目中的各个专业

Strong capabilities in project management, project coordination and personnel allocation.

Familiar with Chinese government process

熟悉各种政府报检报验流程

Ability to communicate effectively with clients and company management.

Excellent decision making and problem resolution skills required.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Excellent Documentation Skill.

优秀的文档制作能力

With "CWI Certificate" or Local "Jian Li Engineer Certificate" will be preferred.

持有CWI或监理工程师证书者优先考虑

Requirements: 

BS degree or above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 

Minimum five years experience in semiconductor and Bio-Pharmaceutical industry facility construction. 

High Purity Distribution Systems experience will be prefered. 

Perform well under pressure. 

Fluent written and oral English and computer skill. 

Ready to accept possible business trips. 

Excellent interpersonal skill and communication ability. 

Hardworking and team spirit and can work independently. 

With CWI or Local "Jian Li Engineer certificate" will be preferred.
