职位描述
CLIENT MANAGEMENT
1. Obtain a clear and comprehensive brief from the Client. Contribute to the preparation and presentation of proposals for new projects.
2. Develop a strong relationship with the Client on a day-to-day basis. Attend regular meetings and ensure that their expectations are fulfilled.
3. Monitor Clients’ brands, industries and markers, and competitive activity. Become familiar with changes and trends and be prepared to provide a summary of this information to Clients.
4. Participate in strategic planning and co-ordinate the implementation of tactical projects.
5. Ensure that the Creative Department is provided with a clear and comprehensive brief. Evaluate subsequent proposals and present selected work to the Client.
6. Obtain thorough debrief on all proposals to enable effective project management.
7. Plan and control the production of artwork ensuring that it is completed on time and within budget. Proof the work, obtain Account Director approval and present to the Client. Obtain written approval, from the client for all finished artwork before printing.
8. Work with the Operations Manager to select, negotiate and oversee suppliers to ensure that their work is produce on time, within budget and that it achieves the required standard.
9. Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions by monitoring feedback and obtaining quantifiable results.
10. Ensure Contact Reports and Status Reports are produced on time. Approve all significant correspondence with the Client.
11. Ensure that the BU is seen to be offering solutions at all levels.
12. Identify, communicate to Account Director, and respond to opportunities to increase and develop the Agency’s business with the Client.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
1. Provide on the job coaching and development for junior staff ensuring they gain experience of different tasks to develop.
2. Delegate work to executive in line with their ability to complete it to the required standard and within the required deadline. Monitor the workflow of each individual and assist then with setting priorities on a daily basis if required. Work with the Managing Director/Account Director to ensure that the team is used to maximum effect, using all resources and aiding the development of individuals.
3. Contribute to the performance appraisal of staff and to developing their motivation.
4. Participate in the recruitment of Account Executives.
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
1. Participate, with the Account Director, in updating the monthly Client income projection for each Client. Provide an explanation for any material variances against the previous month’s forecast.
2. Plan and control the budget for each project. Obtain authorization from the Account Director and highlight promptly any areas of concern.
3. Work with Operations Manager to ensure competitive quotes are always obtained.
4. Ensure supplier queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently by all team members.
5. Monitor payment status on a monthly basis and ensure that invoices, purchase orders etc, are issued promptly. Justify and explain any queries to Clients and Directors.
GENERAL MANGAGEMENT
1. Provide advice and guidance to junior staff in the Agency.
2. Continually develop own competence, skills and identity to become a respected Account Manager, both internally and externally.
3. Attend, and contribute to, Account Meeting. Raise internal issues which affect the morale or job performance of the BU.
4. Substitute for other members of the BU in their absence.
KEY COMPETENCIES

3. Superior interpersonal and communication skills
4. Manage multiple projects and maintain schedules and budgets
5. Language skill: fluent English in both writing and speaking
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor degree
2. At least 3 year’s Marketing/CRM/Digital experiences
3. Marketing/AD/CRM agency experience preferred
4. Consumer marketing practice and FMCG clients is a plus
