Responsibilities
- technical and commercial review of RFQs and contracts

- clarify technical content and work out detailed and reasonable solutions

- feasibility studies and risk management

- determine the needed equipment for the dedicated plant for quotation and contract of in-house manufacturing and supplied goods

- cost estimation and cost control or the projected plant including purchased parts, engineering, assembly, transportation, commissioning

- technical consulting of customer in cooperation with in-house technical department and sub-contractors

- prepare quote, concept and presentation of these together with sales department to customer

- communication ( Chinese and English ) with customer, KM China and Germany

- timing and cost planning

- support of service department for installation, refurbishment and warranty issues

managing the project documentation



Special Tasks

1. follow the organizational regulations of PM

2. set up price list for purchased goods, determine technical high-lights, follow up supplier base file, follow up information from supplier base

3. prepare and actualize material for strategy, sales support, presentation and bench mark with competitor

4. development of product portfolio and development of new equipment



Requirements


1. Bachelor degree or higher in mechanical engineering

2.Project-management
