工作职责：

• 在工厂开发缝制工艺。
• 通过流水线生产指导工程师和供应商能够满足我们的项目要求。
• 制定标准化程序。
• 在缝纫改进、 缺陷原因、 有效的程序上审查、 讨论和详细分析以获得最佳操作性能。
• 向市场营销公司、 子公司、 内部部门和供应商提供缝纫工程支持和咨询。
• 帮助技术研发部门建立为缝纫设计减低成本的工艺。
• 审计由工厂提供的标准时间。

工作经验：

• 机械/制造/缝纫工程或相关的专业学士学位或以上。
• 10年工作经验在婴儿或玩具产品工程和项目管理方面，包括织物的声音知识 、 成本核算、 规范和相关的制造过程。
• 充分理解的玩具和婴幼儿护理产品开发过程。
• 对缝纫生产设置和故障排除有丰富经验。
• 工作热情有活力。
• 为玩具和婴童用品在时装发展进程中给设计师提供基本的支持，同时考虑到品牌标识，整体创作方向，并满足保证要求。包括衡量责任到位。

工作技能：

• 理解儿童及玩具产品类别和确定相关的织物和趋势的信息。
• 对美国市场的了解。
• 纺织品和产品最终用途的知识。
• 了解各种类型的面料 (毛线、 编织、 印花、 胚布等)。
• 熟练的计算机技能。
• 优秀的口头和书面沟通技巧。

Responsibilities

• Develop sewing process in factory.
• Coach engineers and vendors to meet our project requirements by streamline production.
• Set up standard procedure.
• Review, discuss and detail analysis in sewing improvement, defect cause, effective procedure for optimum performance.
• Provide sewing engineering support and consultation to marketing company, affiliates, internal departments and vendors.
• Contribute to the R&D function to establish the technology for the sewing design to minimize the cost.
• Audit the standard time that provided by factory.

Required Experience:

• BS Degree or above in Mechanical/Manufacturing/sewing engineering or related discipline.
• 10 years in infant or toys product engineering and project management, including sound knowledge of fabric, costing, and specification and associated manufacturing processes.
• Fully understand the toy and infant& Child-care product development process
• Good experience on sewing production set up and trouble shooting.
• Work with enthusiasm and Energy.

• Provide basic support to the Designers in the fashion development process for toy and juvenile products while taking into consideration brand identity, overall creative direction, and meeting margin requirements. Measurable responsibilities include:

Required Skills

• Ability to understand juvenile & toys product categories and determine relevance of fabric and trend information
• Understanding of American market
• Knowledge of textiles and product end use
• Understands the various types of fabrics (yarns, woven, prints, base cloths, etc)
• Proficient Computer Skills.
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
