Position Summary:
? Plan audit of EMS partner and supply base on an ongoing basis to ensure all Sonos suppliers are in the audit program with continuous improvement mindset.
? Prepare proper audit framework and checklist to have the audits managed objectively.
? Follow through on findings from the audit and work with the supplier for improvement.
? Work with supply chain management to identify supply bases that require audits and improvement.
? Promotes quality achievement and performance improvements throughout the supply chain.
? Liaising with 3rd party auditors like CCC and UL to ensure compliance to standards and execution of the corrective action.
? Coordinate and conduct line readiness audit before mass production start at EMS site and supply base.
? Proven track record of working with supply base on auditing and improving the supply chain to excellence.
? Work with supply base to audit suppliers and identify risk early on during the engagement.
? Working with supply chain to ensure suppliers considered for Sonos are through the auditing process and risks are mitigated.
? Knowledgeable in quality tools and deployment.



Based in:
Shanghai/ Shenzhen



Collaborates with:
EMS partner, Operation team, supplier quality, supply chain management, engineering team, PD, NPI and sustaining engineering





Responsibilities:
? Working with QMS to develop, implement and grow the system.
? Lean manufacturing concepts and implementation.
? QMS audit processes and procedures of manufacturing/ supplier site.
? Continuous learning and improvement plans.
? After Action Review process implementation at the supplier/ Manufacturing site.


Qualifications/Skills/Experience
? Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
? Master degree would be given preference.
? Certified Quality Auditor (Lead auditor certification preferred)
? Ten or more years of experience in a Quality Assurance leadership role in auditing practice.
? Preferred experience with turnaround and planned change to existing systems.
? Preferred experience in social responsibility audits (EICC/ CSR).
? In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and the requirements.
