Job Description & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibility:

  • Be the PCD subject matter expert to support performance management and coaching culture for all Lines of Service (LoS) to drive consistent approach on firm-wide Performance Management;
  • Stay closely with LoS HR leaders, LoS HR representatives, LoS HR teams and Service Delivery Centre (SDC) to agree PCD yearly plan, drive and implement key activities towards agreed timeline with key clients;
  • Know business requirement deeply. Work closely with LoS HR team and GTS team to propose enhancement plan for the PCD system to meet business needs;
  • Responsible for regular system maintenance. Close monitor system performance and react quickly to address any issues being reported;
  • Plan firm-wide PCD communication with Marketing & Communications (M&C) to drive coaching culture and timely feedback;
  • Schedule regular PCD meeting with key stakeholders;
  • Build network with other territories to exchange best practice, knowledge and experience on Performance Management;

Other Responsibility:

  • Schedule and chair PCD related meetings with different stakeholders to manage effective communications. Propose meeting agenda and manage outcomes with follow up actions. (Typical meeting agenda items may include facilitating cross LoS sharing, PCD system fixes/enhancements, reporting, training requirements, firmwide communication activity/events, consistent firmwide PCD approaches such as process/timelines/KPI's;
  • Prepare and deliver key presentations for PCD related meeting/topics;
  • Support Singapore in relevant PCD maintenance and activities;
  • Work with SDC to prepare PCD or performance management related reports with proper analysing and insights; and
  • Review PCD related curriculums with Learning & Development (L&D to ensure contents up to date to meet needs of people development.


Requirements:

  • At least bachelor degree holder in Human Resources Management/related discipline;
  • 7-8 years' experience in Human Resources or Learning & Education, organizational culture etc., preferably within a professional or multinational corporation;
  • Strong insight on change management, excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills;
  • Experience in managing multi tasks. Sound project management and strong presentation skills;
  • Confident, service oriented and independent person with a positive attitude;
  • Fluency in English essential with fluency in Mandarin; and
  • Able to handle pressure and work in fast paced work environment with tight deadlines.
