Reporting to: Manager Int. service operations
Responsibilities
Service
1. Deal with warranty extension case, daily duty includes: process warranty extension application from sales and customer and upload extension information into service data base.
2. Maintain service data base, daily duty includes: upload weekly faulty inverter exchange and repair record into service data base.

Logistics
1. Order management: authorize deliveries from overseas regional and local warehouses
2. Follow-up deliveries until arrival at customer warehouse
3. Develop and distribute warehouse stock levels
4. Authorize payment of logistic warehouse provider Hellman in Rotterdam
5. Annual inventory check -> arrange annual inventory check, clear discrepancies
6. Arrange, prepare and participate in Business reviews with Hellmann

Qualifications

1. Bachelor Degree and above
2. Advanced level of Microsoft Office
3. 2 years order management and distribution experience

3. Excellent English skills in oral, writing and reading;
4. Be highly organized and have a sense of initiative - must be able to meet deadlines
