职位描述
工作职责：
1.负责处理客户线、Cisco设备的软/硬件故障，为客户提供技术支持等；
2.负责接听客户报障电话和客户应用故障处理；
3.负责网络中心的日常监控/维护工作;
4.配置维护Cisco接入交换机和Cisco核心路由器.
基本要求：
1.计算机、网络、通信等相关专业，30岁以下，大专以上学历；
2.可以在工作中熟练阅读和书写英文邮件、报告等；
3.工作敬业、待人热诚、学习能力强、沟通能力强，表达能力良好；
4.能够适应出差及值班等工作安排；
5.具备下列专业经验中的至少一项（多则更优）：
a)能够熟练配置调试CISCO中低端路由器，熟悉局域网的架构，熟悉广域网链路的各种接口标准及相关协议；
b)熟悉VPN的原理及应用；
c)有MCSE/CCNA/CCNP等认证者优先
