Job Summary
Lead a team of group leaders and operators to perform daily production scheduling and WIP control to meet Safety, Quality and shipment plan, cycle time and productivity goals.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Drive shift behavior ensuring production targets are met: zero defects in all products; delivery date committed to the customer.
2. Continues to improve product quality and reduce cost;
3. Ensure accurate recording on management information systems, timesheets, waste, analysis sheets, overtime sheets etc.
4. Through communication with maintenance L/S and engineer to ensure all equipment is within specification and suitable condition to perform tasks relating to production targets.
5. Improve the production efficiency continuously to ensure the timely delivery.
6. Enhance 5S on production area; carry out EHS policy to ensure the compliance with state regulations.
7. Make and implement individual training plan, appraise the individual’s skills regularly to ensure their behavior complying with the requirements of process and company’s regulations, make sure their skills develop continuously
8. Be responsible for the objectives and performance management to ensure the achievement of the production department objectives.
9. Ensure the effective communication and coordination with other departments.
10. Metrics
(1) On-Time-Delivery
(2) Production Schedule Accomplishment
(3) DL Productivity and OT control.
(4) Operations excursion of quality index
(5) Manufacturing Cycle Time.
11. To run shift as per working arrangement.

Job Specifications
1. College degree or above major in Mechanical/ Material Engineering etc.;
2. 2+ years previous working experience on line production supervision; process quality control in hearing aid manufacturing industry, experience in assembly industry especially working in small parts assembly Line is preferred.
3. Previous experience in technical role; exposure to quality control techniques.
4. Possess analytical; decision-making skills, teamwork spirit. Interpersonal skills, initiative and proactive, drive for result.
5. Proficiency in English in both written; oral;
6. Literate in the use of Microsoft Office business programs
