1. Job Summary
With all IE methods to improve the utility of whole plant facility and Human power. It is including: motivate system for production, plant & production layout, flow chart and the dealing for emergency. The goal is to improve productivity, to make sure whole plant run with safety and high efficiency.

2. Duties and Responsibilities
1.Maintain product routings in Oracle system;
2.Do time study for new products and process change;
3.Evaluate and analyze production capacity and headcount requirement;
4.Design and analysis the plant layout and material flow to improve the efficiency of manpower and equipment.
5.Study and improve the operation method for productivity improvement
6.Cost and expense analysis for appointed project;
7.Provide IE support to value creation and other programs,
8.NPI support from IE and automation perspectives,
9.Deliver IE training as required.

3. Authorities:
1.Monitor the production efficiency and have authority to judge the reasonable of efficiency variance.
2.Audit the process flow chart and production operation and correct it if needed.
3.Monitor the production site and correct it if needed.
4.Monitor the work procedure and have authority to correct unreasonable or non-value add procedure.
5.Other authority empowered by company or other department.

4. Job Specification

General Requirement
1.Bachelor degree, majored in Industrial Engineering
2.Minimum 3 years work experience in Industrial Engineering.
3.Good communication skill and fluent English writing and speaking.
4.Be familiar with computer and AutoCAD software.

Special skill and knowledge requirement
1.Experience with Cost & expense analysis.
2.Experience with time study (MTM, standard time etc.).
3.Experience with process and motion analysis to optimize process.
4.Experience plant layout.
5.Working experience on MLCC is preferred.
6.Understand Ergonomics.

5. Key Relationship
Reports to: Industrial Engineering Supervisor
Other relationship: Group Leader and other staff.
