Responsibilities include but not limited to:

i) Implementing daily i-Sight systems support to business

·Provide 1^st level system support to Sales teams and Marketing teams,

·Identify issues and help/coach users to solve the problems.

·Record daily issue tickets and feedback system bugs to Regional SFE Systems Executive

ii) i-Sight System configuration & Regular MCL data support

• Perform new functions/changes testing and feedback to Regional SFE Systems Executive
• Build Data templates and mapping rule tables
• Work with Sales and Marketing to collate the required data (MCL, Practice, Medical Professionals and Territories).
• Optimize data process & cleaning, backup & file document.
• Validate the data loads and support the MCL updates
• Evaluate new data sources from time to time, and optimise value from existing data sources
• Be a user expert with Systems (I-Sight, SFA) structure and provide configuration and/or amend support
• Perform basic database operations in Oracle, SQL Server ect ect

ii) Ensuring operational excellence

• I-Sight system training, document preparation and provide regular system training to all the system users & system administrators
• Monitor and validate the accuracy of KPIs
• Planning for annual/quarter sales target setting / territory alignment;
• Analyze sales information and call performance data and recommend appropriate SFE action plans;
• Monitor KPI performance monthly to push activity towards target;
• Identify sales effectiveness best practices;
• Prepare relevant Country Sales Force Activity reports
• Supports cross-functional department heads on other projects in involving sales force effectiveness

iii) Other responsibilities need to be

• Maintain a high level of i-Sight and Sales Portal Administration understanding and knowledge of Excel.
• Maintain good working relationship with customers, peers and other departments.
• Identification of continuous improvement within your areas of responsibility.
• Perform related duties as assigned by your manager.

Required requisites

1.Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines with experience in pharmaceuticals commercial role or SFE role is preferred

2.Must have hands-on experience in CRM solutions such as Salesforce.com, Siebel or other ETMS

3.Very Strong Excel Skills – Functions such as vlookup, countif, match, Logical (IF, AND, OR) etc. and Pivot tables & charts

4.Computer literacy (Word & PowerPoint - Intermediate level)

5.High Accuracy with thorough attention to detail

6.High level of numeric skills

7.Ability to work to deadlines

8.Excellent customer service skills

9.High level of enthusiasm and motivation

10.Well-developed verbal and written communication skills

11.Good reading, written and spoken English
