工作内容 Job Description:
1.根据客户要求，收集并制定新项目检查信息表及项目计划；
According to the customer request, collect and make checking list and project plan of new project
2.负责项目报价和样品订单，建立内部系统并进行订单的确认（备注：此确认包括对以下方面的确认—开模进度，样品承认进程，生产可行性），主导样品出货和成品的被承认及被签样；
Responsible for project quotation and sample orders, establishing internal system and order confirmation (note: this is a confirmation of the following aspects including confirmation of tooling kick-off schedule, sample approval process, manufacturing feasibility study), leading the sample shipment and finish goods acceptance and samples-board making.
3.召开新项目会议，落实项目计划，确保整个团队能按时有效完成项目计划，主导新项目在工厂内可行性的评估；
Hold project kick off meetings, implement project plan, ensure the whole team complete the project on time effectively, leading the feasibility evaluation of new projects in the factory
4.主导项目在设计上被变更的内部流程，产能的持续提高；
Take charge of ECN process and the continuous improvement of productivity
5.负责将项目从NPI阶段转入正式MP阶段，收集保存相关项目文件，建立保存项目文件夹；
Responsible for the project from NPI to MP, collecting and saving project documents in specified project folder
6.负责提供样品出货的发票给客户，负责样品及模治具的对帐。
Responsible for providing invoice to customers for sample delivery, and responsible for account checking with customer for the samples and toolings and Jigs
任职资格Job Qualification:
1.教育背景Education Background
项目管理、企业管理或相关专业本科以上学历。
Project management, enterprise management or related bachelor degree or above
2 培训经历Training Experience:
受过技术管理、项目管理、投资学、谈判等方面的培训。
Have training about technical management, project management, investments and negotiation.
3.经验Working Experience:
3-5年以上相关项目管理及商务谈判工作经验。
3-5 years’ working experience of relevant project management and business negotiations
4.技能技巧Skill and Knowledge:
a) 具有项目管理理论与经验；
With project management theory and experience
b) 熟悉项目管理方法和管理工具；
Familiar with project management methods and management tools
c) 熟悉立项流程，熟知项目申报程序，能撰写可行性分析报告；
Familiar with project process, project application program, and capable of working feasibility analysis report
d) 优秀的组织协调能力，项目控制能力，良好的客户沟通能力；
Outstanding capability in organization, coordination and project control capability, good communication still with customers
e).优秀的时间管理能力

Be good at the time management.

f) 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力。
Good capability on English listening comprehension, speaking, reading and writing.
