3. 3年以上人力资源、行政管理工作经验，其中2年以上的培训方面经验

4. 熟悉人力资源各项事务的操作流程

5. 熟悉国家、地区相关劳动法规及政策

6. 熟悉计算机常用办公软件

7. 工作细致认真，原则性强，有良好的执行力及职业素养

8. 性格开朗、责任心强、能承受一定的压力

9. 能使用英文书面和口头语言作为工作语言。
