工作职责：

1. 执行集团HSE，GP，GE等标准,确保工厂设备符合AL集团标准,全面完成个人年度安全目标；
2. 负责制定工厂设备仪表，电气与控制系统方面的维护计划，并组织实施预防性维护计划；
3. 负责工厂设备仪表、电气控制系统的维护，修理工作，确保完成公司的设备可靠性和有效性目标；
4. 负责制定工厂设备电气，仪表与控制系统等相关年度维护初级预算，并确保年度专业领域的维修费用控制在预算范围内；
5. 负责制定工厂设备电气，仪表与控制系统的关键备件清单，及时提出订购备件的需求，确保设备故障能得到及时修复；
6. 编制设备相关维护指导，管理工厂设备电气，仪表与控制系统技术资料及档案；
7. 维护、更新、分析维修数据以提高维修效率，最小化工厂运行停车费用；
8. 负责对供应商的协调和监管，保证供应商工作的安全、质量和可靠性；
9. 监督管理设备供应商（或承包商）并进行技术交流，参与解决技术疑难问题，分享经验；
10. 负责有针对性的组织维修相关的交叉技术培训，提高维修及操作人员的技术水平；
11. 参与工厂应急响应，并不断持续改进；
12. 服从并完成上级交办的其他任务；

职位要求：

1. 35岁以下，大学本科学历，化工/电气/机械/仪表等相关专业；
2. 5年以上工业流程仪表、控制、电气维护管理经验；
3. 良好的安全行为习惯，较强的行为安全意识；
4. 具有化工/制氧设备维修和维护工作经验者优先；
5. 熟练掌握常用计算机应用软件（office软件、CAD等）
6. 良好的沟通能力，动手能力，团队合作精神
7. 能看懂设备的英文资料，能与外部进行简单的口语交流；
8. 持有高压电工资格证优先。
