招聘美工要求：

1. 大专及以上文化，两年以上工作经验优先。

2. 熟练掌握Photoshop、Dreamweaver、flash、AI、ID等设计软件。

3. 具有较强的美术功底和色彩运用功底及良好的艺术修养，具有优秀的创意、审美及实现能力。

4. 有淘宝店铺/商城设计、实践工作经验者 优先录用。

美工职位描述：

1. 负责公司淘宝店铺整体的页面创意设计，网店风格及商品展示设计，首页广告图片制作及美化、整体布局、活动广告和相关图片的制作。

2. 抠图排版，优化店内宝贝描述，美化产品图片，优化宝贝描述模板及商品的上下架。

3. 定期制作促销图片和页面，配合店铺销售活动，美化修改产品页面，定期更新店铺主页。

4. 每期新品登录的宝贝上传和图片细节描述的处理，以及属性修改。

5. 定期更新淘画报的页面。
