Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Supply Chain Manager.

Planning
- Leads entire supply chain management process from beginning to end for all TMaG products: Regional Forecasting, Order consolidation, order management to factories, order adjustments as needed, shipment tracking, to final destination delivery.
- Lead the analysis and determination of appropriate order, inventory, and replenishment policies for the Region in conjunction with TMaG Asia MD and Product Senior Mgrs Asia
- Coordinate with Global Supply Chain Team and Operations Team to ensure smooth order process flow and in-bound delivery on timely basis, maximizing working capital for the company
- Develop and maintain monthly / bi-monthly order process flow from countries to factories to maximize efficiencies, reduce overall lead times, ensure on-time delivery, and minimize all logistics costs
- Fully lead and manage the various nuisances of product order management and delivery for TaylorMade hard goods vs. adidas Golf, Ashworth, and TaylorMade soft goods.
- Manage and track all in-bound deliveries from factory to country warehouses

Management
- Manage and monitor the implementation of supply chain processes to ensure all products are delivered on-time, in the right amount, and with the right quantities for all Countries to fuel sales growth, profitability, and market share gains.
- Work closely with Global Supply Chain and Ops Team to ensure adequate capacity planning is maintained for Asia at all times.
- Work with local adidas shared services as needed for country level support on all in-bound products
- Maximize duty/customs issues to the benefit of overall company by seeking factory sourcing to lower overall import duties and lead times for all countries, with an emphasis on lead market China.

- Initial wave plan management on all new TaylorMade Products

Experience/Knowledge
- 10 years overall work experience
- Work experience in China preferred (min 2 years)
- Experience managing a small team (min 2 people)
- Team player that can also lead. Not afraid to try new things.
- Golf Industry experience preferred
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Bachelors degree or above. Additional 5 years works experience in lieu of degree
