任职要求：
1、女性，大专以上学历，形象气质佳，思维活跃，普通话标准；
2、熟悉主持人工作的具体内容，能根据主持现场的气氛环境，即兴发挥，调动全场的气氛,有较高的现场把控能力
3、具有播音、主持、表演等相关专业毕业优先。
