2、带领团队按领导要求完成运营指标；

3、完成领导交办的其他工作；

任职要求：
1、 大专以上学历，有从事过杂志栏目运营者优先；
2、一年以上运营及团队管理工作经验；
3、善于分析和总结运营经验；
4、执行能力、沟通协调能力强;
