职位描述
Our Shenzhen design studio based in Shekou is expanding with work in China. The Studio Director is seeking a Personal Assistant to work closely with her.
Responsibilites:
· preparing translation, taking notes and minutes;
· producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations in bi-lingual format;
· carrying out background research and presenting findings;
· keeping the Director informed of current industry information in China;
· organising and attending meetings and ensuring the Director is well-prepared;
· meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority and liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
· maintaining office systems, including contact management and filing;
· organising and maintaining diaries, making appointments and corresponding on behalf of the Director;
· arranging travel and occasionally, travelling with the Director to take notes or translate at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations;
Requirements:
1. Excellent proficiency with English.
2. Positive and energetic disposition.
3. Time management and organizational skills.
4. Ability to work unsupervised.
