Key areas of accountability:
? To take overall Finance responsibilities of PSS Shenzhen.
? To lead Finance team with two subordinates. Close the book in a timely manner. Prepare financial statements and reports.
? To make use of the ERP system MFG pro and improve cost accounting process.
? To coordinate budget and financial forecast. Conduct variance analysis on regular basis.
? To manage cash position and submit cash flow rolling forecast report.
? To build up relationship with customers and facilitate collection.
? To submit tax reports on time. Maximize tax benefit if any.
? To maintain the company business registration and update if any.
? To build a professional team. Provide coaching to direct reports as needed and meet the team target through team efforts.

Job scope:
Work with people across at all levels of the organization and external parties, Decisions are made with professional knowledge and have impacts to SZ of PSS APAC. Tasks can be different and require prompt and accurate judgment.

Qualification:
? Academic/Professional Qualification: Bachelor degree, major in finance. CPA preferred.
? Working Experience: 5-8 years
? Expertise / Skills: Excel/accounting system
? Language skills: Very Good English and Mandarin
? Personal Attributes: Good communication and cooperation, pro-active and good team work
