Web Project Manager

Strong current is a Boutique multi-national direct marketing firm that provides marketing support for advertising campaigns all over the world. We are rapidly expanding with many exciting projects going on. You will be involved in the project design, database design and maintenance for the on-going projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead China team on web and app developments
• Collaborate with different teams over the world, gathering requirements, supporting project studies and implementing under the marketing strategy plan
• To act as a key coordinator between Canada and China teams to ensure web projects be delivered on time
• Maintain timely reporting and documentation of web projects
• Provide supervision and direction to team members
• Carry out ad-hoc duties as required

Qualifications:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Over 8 years IT experience which 3 years must be a similar post
• Proficient in System Development Life Cycle
• Ability to effectively manage a project timeline
• Strong negotiation, self-motivated, detail- and process-oriented, with excellent people and time management skills
• proven ability to translate analytic data into strategic ideas

The required skills include:

• Flexibility with a wide variety of constantly changing tasks
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work flow in a fast-paced office environment
• Strong planning, organizing, problem solving, scheduling abilities and pay attention to details
• Must be a self motivator with a strong work ethic
• Excellent command of written English and good command of spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines effectively
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and also be a good team player
