Description
As a Business Development Manager,the most important is you have logistics experience, you will conduct sales activity with companies involved in international trade by introducing our services at all levels within the supply chain. You will be responsible for prospecting, cold calling and qualifying potential clients. In conjunction with local management, you will be responsible for proposing customized logistics solutions to the customer, closing new businesses and the implementation and retention of such businesses. You will be expected to meet specific net revenue and sales goals.
The ideal candidate has both operational and sales experience in the International Trade environment and is already familiar with its markets. A demonstrated ability to self-manage/motivate is critical. You must possess excellent communication skills, a professional attitude and strong presentation abilities to be successful and to fit well into our unique culture. A performance driven remuneration package will be awarded to the right candidate.


Job Requirements
· Above 5 years of logistics sales experience; with strong business acumen.

· Lady first

· High School Certificate

· High level of commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building
· Strong written and verbal communication skills English and Mandarin
· Strong problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work productively both individually and in a team environment
· Propensity to successfully manage priorities and respond to deadlines ahead of schedule
· Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
· Proficiency in MS Office tools - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Exceptional proposal writing skills and expert at presentations with C-level executives
· Experienced with business operating systems and current industry technologies.
