Job Summary

Provide indoor sales support to business development team in the area of quotation, RFQ/RFI. and reporting

Requirements

Good communication skills, express ideas clearly and succinctly both verbally and writing, ability to communicate and interact effectively from multi-national and diverse background
Demonstrates Attention to details & responsible to behaviors
Good computer, date entry, verification and typing skills
Good analytical skill, examines and interpret a wide variety of data/information and make recommendations and decisions

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Study pricing strategy, learn to understand the cost and provide the best proposal for RFQ/RFI.
Coordinate the pricing submission in North China and provide the accurate data to bid team or overseas counterpart;
Participate in pricing conference call needed especially for the new accounts or non existing unassigned accounts;
Provide in-house backup to BD sales member in case on emergency
Coordinate the sales pipeline / Cat 1 application/ new win account report for N.China. Data consolidation / analysis and generate reports before timelines
Accurately types, proofreads and corrects memo, spreadsheet and other department related documents
Facilitate and organize various sales meetings and record meeting minutes
Other duties as assigned
