Organisation:

Report to Greater China Senior Finance Manager.

Principal Accountabilities:

- Assist Senior Finance Manager in ensuring compliance with local regulatory guidelines/legislation (statutory & fiscal) and Group corporate governance & internal control procedures to satisfy SOX & Internal Audit requirements, including internal control review, process improvement and weakness remediation.

- Assist Senior Finance Manager in cashflow management and providing accurate cash forecasting to Group Treasury.

- Assist Senior Finance Manager to review the monthly flash results and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of relevant financial information to the users.

- Preparation and submission of month end management reports.

- Assist budget/reforecast exercise as required.

- Deal with inter-company transaction under US GAAP and China GAAP, co-ordinate inter-company communication and prepare inter-company activity report and make the inter-company reconciliation report.

- Other ad-hoc projects

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience

· a University graduate or above in finance, accounting or similar field.

· 3+ yrs of finance experience in accounting/audit / internal control showing progression in areas for responsibility.

· Proficient with Oracle and Hyperion financial system or equivalent.

· Familiar with PRC GAAP and US GAAP.

· Adequate knowledge of SOX, governance, financial operations and corporate tax requirements.

· Meticulous with ability to work independently.

· Good communication skill and analytical skill are necessary

· Positive working attitude and willing to work under pressure

· Previous experience with professional services or financial services companies, esp. consulting is valued.

· Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential.

· Proficiency in Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
