职位描述

Main Tasks:
-Responsible for setting and reaching sales and contribution targets through resepective retail channels, run by partners;
-Make yearly account plan including targets and key growth driver, MWB & Key Initiatives (3 year planning horizon);
-P&L responsibility, including budgeting eg Instore, trade marketing promotions and activities;
-Develop monthly channels report reports eg new PODs devlopment & top store performance, instore / trade activities - include progress, review and follow up action plan;
-Responsible for marketing and activity plan at overall and store level. Include planning and executing of new store opening campaigns, new product launches campaign and in season trade activities;
-Define and execute LEGO experience / store concept at respective retail channels - based on assortment, layout, flow, pricing, service, campaigns and offers - look for optimization opportunities
-Define, map and monitor key store success criteria for respective channels - Branding location, share of space, traffic, conversion, basket size, etc;;
-Manage and liaise well with distributor whos run the retail business
-Conduct monthly meeting to manage & lead distirutor to monitor, review, follw up according to year plan

Requirements:

Experience and qualifications
-A university degree on Masters or similar level within business administration or marketing;
-Substantial retail experience level - from retail store management
-Fluent in verbal and written English and Chinese (minimum Mandarin)
-Minimum 10 years retail management experience
-Sophisticated user of Microsoft Office
-Ready for 80+ days travel
-Skills
-Strong track record within optimizing retailing experience - incl. In-store, promotions, sales & operations, new store development
-Manage a small team of junior to mid level managers
-Team player with ability to get things done through others - incl. distributors
-Has understanding of consumer and purchase/shopper behavior as well as "category management"
-Results oriented, structured, analytical and well organized
-Has strategic orientation - able to analyze customers and build future targets and action plan with clear focus and priorities
-Comfortable in public speaking - and a strong motivator
-Experience with working in international environment and different cultures
-Innovative and persistent - able to think and act outside standard solution
