Purpose: Work in the HR Commercial team in Asia Pacific to provide the full range of HR services and support to the Commercial and Brand business units/functions (above market teams) located in Asia Pacific (with specific emphasis on Affliate Brands TMaG and Rockport Sourcing and Manufacturing) and build strong business partnership with internal customers responsible for TMaG and Rockport Manufacturing and Sourcing and so they get the expected value from the HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full range of HR activities and operations for the specific BU (including the head of the business unit, their direct reports and the employee group) – on recruitment, on-boarding, relocation, performance management, salary reviews implementing the full HR suite of activities.
- Manage key HR processes in alignment with HR policies and practices as well as working closely with Centres of Excellence (CoE) Talent and Rewards.
- Be the on the key HR business partner for the specified Commercial/Brand teams and implement:
- HR calendars outlining people activities to support key business initiatives as well as the implementation of core HR processes
- Specific activities that support business/brand requirements as well as employee engagement and team spirit
- Talent Management and Succession activities to ensure that the business is developing it people fully to meets its current performance requirements as well as long term business plans
- Manage the full talent acquisition (internal and external recruitment activities) specific to the business unit and working closely with the hiring manager
- Support the implementation and consistent execution of key HR core processes: salary/bonus rounds, GSMS, benefits programmes ,TLU, PEP, Talent and Succession Management consistent with brand and global requirements and guidelines
- Take up ownership for key HR Commercial projects/initiatives in support of furthering the business and people goals of Commercial function or the Brand.
- Together with the Rewards Mobility team manage the expatriate group of employees in the business units supported including all services required by this specific employee group
- Work along aside the Director HR Commercial on various strategic HR initiatives/projects including managing broad organisational change/effectiveness projects and initiatives as well as build strong relationships with the global, market and LO HR teams
- Work closely with the Director HR Commercial on developing commercial organisation capability through
- Ensuring core HR processes relating to effective performance management processes are implemented
- Development of key talent in the organisation through individual development plans that outline coaching, mentoring and talent development programs
- Maintain employee records (P files, SAP HR) and HR reporting (HR KPIs, baselining information etc) as required
- Develop a strong network of external experts (search firms, HR expertise, suppliers) to leverage when and where needed HR requirements
- Protect the interest of the Company and employees in accordance with the company’s personnel policies and appropriate national laws and regulation.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Mature, well-organized, a self starter with enthusiasm and initiative
- Customer oriented, approachable and strong interpersonal skills
- A good team player with supervisory experience
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- MS-Office skills, SAP experience is a plus
Education and Experience / Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 5-7 years work experience in the field of HR
(preferably in an international organization and in a regional capacity)
- English fluent (written and oral); one or several Asian languages desirable
