Requirements
Experience and qualifications
A university degree on Bachelor level or similar within business administration or sales
Able to speak and write English and Chinese (minimum Mandarin)
Familiarize with existing retail landscape of China
Minimum 2 years of solid training experience
Ready for 80+ days travel
Skills
Service minded team player
Friendly, outspoken, convincing and influencing
ndependent and reliable
Basic usage on Excel and Power Point files
Capable of working with retailers + partners
Main Tasks regarding work title
Conduct training program designed by Training Manager (both classroom and onsite)
Train Shop Assistants & partners and visit key PODs for the assigned Cities
Pick up Adhoc project and develop assigned project for business need
Hold bi-weekly meeting with Training Manager on weekly plan and training progress & review report
Work with Training Manager to Identify area of long term / regular training for year 2012
Hold quarterly meeting with Training Manager & Customer Business Manager on progress & review & follow up action plan
