Main Responsibilities:
? Check and analyze the hierarchical structure of documents received from the customer
? Convert the non-structured documents to XML using pre-developed tools/scripts
? Setup, configure and manage the Content Management System(CMS) on customer’ behalf
? Design document migration process in terms of the requirements
? Deploy the document validation, multi-format publishing via euroscript ASPI solution
? Perform the quality assurance before every delivery to the customer.
? Work closely with sales team, PM team, translation team to provide the technical consultancy and troubleshooting assistances.
Requirements:
? 1+ years of related experience, major in English, Computer Science, Technical Communications, or other relevant subjects.
? Have a basic understanding of documentation development, understand the process, the requirement, and the needs.
? Familiar with the use of Arbortext Editor, Adobe FrameMaker, and Adobe Illustrator.
? Experienced with version control tools
? Responsible, self-motivation and quick learning style.
Additionally desirable skills:
? Have certain knowledge in DITA, Single-sourcing, Content reusing, XML, and CMS
? Have knowledge of online help compilation
? Experienced with Antenna house or Render X etc.
