Tax Accountant

Division, located in Beijing/China
Employment – full time

Tasks

Ensure tax operation in Beijing & regional offices running effective and efficient.

Pre-Check VAT invoices and make sure they are booked correct base on the accounting and tax principle.

Collect tax related problems, especially VAT and communication to Tax team in SY for confirmation. Share tax related knowledge to accounting team member.

Communicate with suppliers, legal, purchasing and internal departments about the problematic and pending invoices to ensure that the problem can be solved effectively and in time. (Hotline)

Key Responsibility

- Ensure monthly accurate tax calculation &declaration to tax bureaus on time, including the IIT, VAT and gift IIT etc

- Ensure all accounting transactions related in accordance with accounting, tax policy as well as company guideline

- Ensure monthly VAT recognition in system, reconciliation with tax team in SY, adjust VAT bookings by requirement

- Handle with questionnaires from local tax bureaus, coordination within BBA and give feedback on time

- Communicate with suppliers, legal, purchasing and internal departments about the problematic and pending invoices to ensure that the problem can be solved effectively and in time(Hotline)

- Collect VAT problems and communicate to TAX team for confirmation

- Share the knowledge to improve the sense of TAX related

- Communicate with tax team in SY and BJ finance team members to get a solution

- Check VAT related voucher to reduce tax risk

Qualification

- Bachelor degree, major in finance

- Experience in tax or accounting field

- Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers

- Proficient English

- Proficiency with computer operation, especially MS office

- Knowledge SAP

- Self-initiative, improvisation skills, capability for teamwork

- Experience with manufacture JV Company

- Working experience in tax auditing firm preferred.
