Experience and qualifications:
A university degree on Bachelor level or similar within business administration or sales
Must have at least 4 years solid retail trade experience or distributor management (in retail / wholesalerbusiness)
Manage chain store & key account experience is a plus
Must speak and write English and Chinese (minimum Mandarin)
Ready for 80+ days travel
Skills
Service minded team player (good business understanding / Retailer business sense)
Independent and reliable
Strong problem solving and result driven
Basic usage on Excel and Power Point files
Capable of working with retailers + wholesalers + distributor
Main Tasks:
Directly responsible for Key top stores performance (setting target and goals for keys stores) of the Tier 2 cities
Budget management to control ROI
Ensure that the sales and promotional campaigns are implemented timely and under the guideline of respective National managers; includes, New Product Launches, Pricing, Instore Merchandising Standard, Offsite Activities
Responsible for the success of the implementation instore events & activities
Ensure the compliance on assortment, instore layout and planograms for respextive channel formats
Lead distributor regional team on open new stores, store relocation & store upgrade tasks to meet LEGO standard & requirement
Prepare market visit report (including score card) & update key stores photos manual; feedback to managers for respective follow up with Distributor / National team
Monitor Indirect and Direct Competitor Activities & Business Development Trend and feedback timely
Ad hoc support across National Managers
