职位描述
Responsibility:
- After-sales Service
- Manage field installation projects to ensure a smooth start up of systems / products
- Provide technical training to customers; execute equipment repair and maintenance activities
- Work with service supervisor to develop team members their skills and behaviors to perform effectively and achieve their full potential. Create a motivating and challenging environment for all service supervisors and engineers;
- Controls spare parts stock at a reasonable level so as to meet customer requirement.
- Report and feedback service status to Germany Headquarter
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with minimum 10 years related experience;
- Fluent in oral and written Chinese & English. (need direct communication with Germany Headquarter)
- Proven record of effective leadership in middle managerial position;
- Outstanding interpersonal, problem solving and management skills;
- Good presentation skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
