General Responsibilities:

The Process Engineer is responsible to work with vendors and their suppliers to ensure that manufacturing process for metal part meet the product design and quality requirements with reasonable efficiency. The project areas are focused on the following: New product development, Product Improvement, Cost Reduction and Sustainability of existing product. Domestic travel may be required.
Examples of Typical Activities:
- Line set up or modification as actual demand.
- Productivity improvement.
- Update Capacity plan, budget planning, and cycle time & manpower report.
- Line configuration calculation and RCQ calculation.
- IE model prepare for new project or new model.
- Production, factory floor etc re-layout activities.
- Initiates and develops effective and lean manufacturing processes for new products.
- Support new product quotation process
- Provides engineering services such as layout design, feasibility study, cost estimation, time-- study etc. for new projects, expansion and new technologies’ process etc.
- Provide tools for IE related training and education
- Provide back up for Project Engineers
- Interface with PE and PDE, Quality, Tooling, Supply Chain and Procurement for process improvement.

Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industry Engineering is preferred.
- 5+ experience with engineering background in multinational company and at least 2 years lean manufacturing experience.
- Familiar with Baby Care company technology process.
- Strong interpersonal and customer focus skills and result oriented
- Able to work under conditions of great pressure and resource constraint


Required Technical Competencies:
- Diploma holder and at least 3 years relevant experience
- Proficient in Injection/metal tube/sewing processes and industry engineering.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Good communication skills
