职责/Responsibilities:

1.处理来往电话，传真。根据事情重要，紧急程度传达信息/Handle incoming calls and fax professionally, taking messages upon necessity and urgency
2.负责及时、准确的统一收发邮件和快递/Responsible for receiving and disseminating all in and out mailings, couriers accurately and timely
3.负责预定会议室和接待来访客户/Responsible for meeting room reservation and visitor entertaining
4.负责安排出差事宜，如预定机票、预定旅馆和预约汽车/Responsible for business traveling arrangement, such as air ticket, hotel and car booking.
5.办公室财务事务包括报销单收集及检查等/Financial affairs including all kinds of expense claim and check as cashier in Shekou.
6.固定资产管理及蛇口办公室定期报税fixed asset management / Routine report tax for company.
7.考勤纪录 / Work attendee record.
8.负责蛇口办公室其它必要的行政, 人事及财务工作/Undertake other necessary HR, administrative and financial job as required.
9.上级交办的其他工作/Other responsibilities assigned by Superior

要求/Requirement:

良好的中英文沟通能力/Good English & Chinese communication
主动性和团队合作精神；细心并且有耐心;有独立的思考能力和判断力/Initiative & team work spirit & detail-oriented & patient; Independent thinking and sense of applying own discretion
很好的计算机操作包括办公自动化软件包和公司指定的数据库/Good in computer operation including MS office software package and/or company specified database.
本科学历，英文专业优先；有类似工作经验优先/Bachelor’s Degree, Mechanical and English major is preferred, with similar experience is preferred.
对计算机系统及办公室网络系统具有一定知识/ Have knowledge to IT and office network
