1. 2年以上的产品设计及生产跟进经验，对生产流程及设计流程熟悉。尤其熟悉汽车配件的制造者优(底盘系统，传动系统及发动机系统）。
a. 1名要求熟悉熟悉汽车配件(底盘系统，传动系统及发动系统的零件).
b. 1名要求熟悉各类线束（汽车，医疗）.
c. 1名要求熟悉箱包，手袋及化妆工具类产品.
2. 对五金及塑胶材料有深刻的认识，对不同材料的加工工艺熟悉。
3. 了解品质管控流程，了解杂货如箱包化妆工具等，对产品品质异常能够进行分析及提供方案解决。
4. 熟悉供应商评估流程及标准。
5. 熟悉电子商务，英文读写流利者优先！
6. 能够在压力下工作为人正派，积极向上！
