Job descreption:
- As a business contact point for all call center system incident
- Arrange any system change and rollout .
- Work closely with GTO team to resolve any problem.
Key responsibility:
Regularly review the performance of various systems, closely work with TPS, IS/IT and Avaya to resolve problem and system issues
- Coordinate in new system rollout and solve conflict of interest
- Plan and coordinate any system change to minimize business impact.
- To ensure that all processes are executed in compliance with group standards
- Work with Biz and approve any system change to internal IT or exteneral Vendor.
- Plan and coordinate in system upgrade, system change, ensuring smooth transition and implementation
- Plan and implement of the BAU seat relocation, ensuring smooth rollout and minimize business impact and risk
Qulification & skills
- Minimum of 5 years banking experience, in either 7 call center experience.
- Familiar with call center application and infrastructure.
- Good communication skill.
Good interpersonal skills, team orientation locally and the ability to work closely with internal colleagues across divisions locally and regionally.
- Work independence.
