职位描述
Job Description:*
· Administer and maintain voice, data, video systems, PC and file/print server.
· Install, configure and maintain desktop/laptop systems and Microchip approved software applications.
· Install, configure and maintain PC peripherals such as printers, monitors and mobile devices.
· Troubleshoot hardware and software application problems, escalating unresolved issues to external vendor support or internal Tier II and Tier III engineers.
· Respond to end-user requests for support via phone, email, or in person. And manage all requests through HP OpenView Service Desk system or Altiris Helpdesk system.
· Accurately document all work performed by entering support tasks in helpdesk ticketing system.
· Perform and monitor system backups.
· Perform file restorations and recovery for PC or file servers.
· Complete tasks assigned by Team Leads.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in computer science or related filed. Specialized training and/or industry recognized certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, MCP, A+ or OEM certified training may substitute for degree.
· Fundamental Knowledge of Cisco network technology.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac OS platform.
· Experiences of Microsoft active directory, Citrix, Lotus Notes and HP OpenView Service Desk system and /or other helpdesk management system.
· The ability to evaluate system problems and provide resolutions
· The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of technology users using Mandarin and English.
· High level of customer relationship skills.
