职位描述/Job Description:

负责协调月度分公司与总公司财务结账功能，确保分公司的操作和财务的政策与流程中的规定相一致；负责分公司的财务报表, 应收款账务处理，固定市场费用应付款账务处理，其他相关分公司账务处理事宜。

Be responsible for branch’s financial statements, ensure the accounting policy be consistent with Shenzhen office. Take charge of AR functions, AP functions especially for fixed marketing expenses, and other related vouchers for sales branch.

主要职责/Main responsibilities:

l依据相关流程与总公司要求，保障与总公司财务政策的一致性，时间节点的一致性，支持总公司月末结账。

According to procedure or HQ requirement, ensure all of the financial activities and timetable is consistent with HQ, assistant with the HQ month end closing.

l准备分公司的财务报表，以备管理层的审阅，并提供数据给政府部门和股东。

Prepare branch’s financial statements, and packages for the management review.

l按时完成销售分公司应收款账务处理，及时反馈客户和经销商信息，与销售部门和销售分析团队进行良性沟通，审核和控制经销商信用情况，开具增值税发票，并完成Oracle EBS 销售发票和收款操作，跟进客户付款情况，并确保销项税金账面与报税一致。

Responsible for Accounts Receivable function for the branch, reflect the feedback from customers and dealers, keep good communication with sales department and sales analysis team, review and control the dealer’s credit,

Issue official invoice and system billing invoice, offset the corresponding invoices in system while receive payment. Chase the payment status, ensures the tax in book match tax application.

l依据公司相关付款流程，对固定市场费用等进行付款审批，完成发票入账，跟进付款情况。

According to related payment procedure, prepare the invoice entry for fixed-marketing expenses etc., and complete the payment request’s approval, follow up the payment status.

l处理与分公司其他相关财务账务事宜。

Handling the related vouchers & entry enter, other financial issues to Shenzhen sales branch.

任职条件/Qualifications:

l至少2年以上在会计领域的经验

At least 1 year experience in accounting area

l本科以上会计或商务专业

College graduate or above with major in Accounting or Commerce

l良好的内部控制和会计概念

Good concept on Accounting and internal control

l良好的英语能力（听，说和写）

Good command of English in listening, speaking and writing

l良好的PC技能（例如：Excel, Word 等）

Good PC skills (Excel, Word, etc.)

l良好的ERP概念（例如：Oracle EBS 等）

Good ERP concept (like Oracle EBS)
