Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer profile
- Identify customer requirements through close liaison with customers and work as main problem solver for customer’s day to day operational requirement
- Understand customer service and routing and be able to foresee changes in market environment which may affect customer and ultimately our company
- Promote the company’s services to new customers while providing information business services promptly to existing customers and their agents
- Understanding customers’ services berthing at competition, including volume, berth windows and reasons for staying at competition
- Process complaints lodged by shipping line by providing timely rectification to justified complaints
- Keep track of development in competitive environment, ie Shenzhen other terminals, PRD terminals and report development to supervisor
- Coordinate and work on barge company to boost business development and expansion, report progress to supervisor
- Support the customers on boarding program, manage the regular communication with customers, and assist in new services promotion, recruiting users

Requirements
- Bachelor degree, Master in Logistics /transportation /total supply chain will be preferred
- At least 2 years in dealing with or relating to PRD barge/port authorities and end user market
- Precious and result-oriented
- Good team players with strong initiative
- Flexible and responsive, analytical and organized
- Cooperative, stable and calm, innovative
- Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin. Good at oral and written English
- Mastery of office software, in particular should be skillful in PPT making and excel usage
- C-type driving license is a plus
