Responsibilities
- Cooperate and collaborate with HK and Overseas team to drive for new business by providing value-added service and workable supply chain solutions
- Maintain the existing business by providing quality follow-up service to ensure customers’ satisfaction on using DCB
- Closely monitor and follow up the key manufacturers and OEM factories in PRD area
- Regular visit and interact with accounts , and build up good relationship with accounts
- Collect market intelligence, analyze information, generate report for team sharing
- Perform secretarial services, including correspondences drafting, minutes taking, conference room set-up, transportation arrangement etc.
- Handle filing system
- Assist in organising Customer Experience department meetings and activities, including seminar, golf day, conference, etc.
- Perform office administration work, e.g. department expense application, order stationery, photocopying, etc.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree holder of logistics, English or foreign trade will be plus
- At least 2 year experience in logistics, terminal or foreign trade industry
- Positive, responsive, affordable, cooperative
- Result-oriented, strong business acumen
- Ethical, participative
- A good team worker and learner
- Good interpersonal skill
- Good at English and Cantonese
- Good at PC and office software
- Good understanding of Customs, barging and trucking procedure is a plus
