职位描述
Case-Mate is a high growth US-based company with operations around the world. We are seeking an Quality Manager to manage our inspector team and vendor relationships. This position will be based in Shenzhen, China.
Responsibilities Include:
? Manage inspector team and set up goals / KPI for each of quality team member.
? Check and follow up quality controls in suppliers are fully implemented per quality requirement.
? Instruct and monitor suppliers to follow casemate quality standard or customer standard during mass production.
? Coordinate with Product engineer to have on line check for implementation orders on new project.
? Work with vendor on the CAPs for both ISO9001 and SA8000.
? Identify defects and risks and suggest correction actions
? Lead the investigation of and correct non-conformances or withdrawl from customers, 8D follow up for main defects
? Assure the maintenance of appropriate quality records (Audit reports, 8D reports, calibration records, etc.)
? Lab tests on products, Maintenance of lab equipment, and consumable supplies management.
? Implement and maintain appropriate document control and quality record processes.
? As requested, participate in the review of existing and proposed specifications, standard operating procedures, and manufacturing batch records.
? Additional Quality responsibilities as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineer or related field
- 3-5 years of Quality audit and Quality engineer experience with a consumer products company
- 1~3 years of quality manager experience in a foreign company.
- Must be familiar with different quality analysis tools.
- Must be familiar with ISO9000, SA8000 and C-TPAT.
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Energetic, highly self-motivated, and able to work efficiently in a rapidly-changing environment
- Willing to travel internationally up to 50%
- Must speak and write English fluently
