Job description:

1. Being the platform in product management as the initial bridge between customer and Product Engineering.

2. Being the pre-sales support to sales team for planning and proposea product solution to customers.

3. Initiates new Market Development and organizes marketing activities.

4. Guides to new product designing to meet the needs of customers.

5. Closely traces the actual costs to ensure the following up of standard agreed costs and to provide variance analysis highlights in specified areas.

6. Works closely with Controlling, Sourcing and Engineering to support sales team for quotation (RFQ) to the customers.

7. Assists sales department head for close tracking of actual costs and to review the cost model calculation.

8. Document (SPEC, Approvals, Certificates, BOM, etc.) preparation and management. Organizes necessary documents for sales team to meet customer requirement.

9. Drafts technical proposals for sales team to support customer RFP.

10. Updates project status weekly.

11. Continuously encourages benchmarking competitors’ products and regularly updates the platform to sales team.

Organizes product profile and assists sales team for promotion issues to customers.

Job requirement:

1. College or above majoring in Electronics, Engineering or Business Management. 2. Good in English both oral and written. 3. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Five years or above engineering or marketing experience. 5. Self motivated. 6. Willing to learn new things. 7. Willing to travel.

Other requirement: Experiences in power supply, IT&Communication, Electroniscs Consumer industry is referred.
