Part A: Responsibilities and Experiences 职位经验要求

·Import and Export Regulation Compliance
· Be responsible for clearance operation comply to the latest requirements for company products exporting, including but not limited to, Customs Laws and regulations, Inspection and Quarantine regulations, import and export regulations in China, the country or region of transit depot located and the destinations
· Collect and confirm the requirements for company products exporting, including but not limit as Customs Laws and regulations, Inspection and Quarantine regulations, import and export regulations in China, the country or region of transit depot located and the destinations
· Customs and import and export related risk/issue identify and report, manage and follow up from external and internal perspective; support on Customs / Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, and other import and export significant issue / investigation / audit
· Manage relationship with local key stakeholders, including Customs, China Inspection and Quarantine Bureau and other stakeholders
· Prepare and issue the documentation for import and export clearance. Carry on the daily clearance operations with the support from service agent
· Monitor accuracy and efficiency of clearance process through agents management, internal process coordination, external relationship maintenance, and support urgent clearance cases
· Verify the commodity code, the related tariff and the handling fee during import and export
· Ensure all related invoices are accurate
· Other tasks related to import and export

Transportation Management
· Be responsible for import and export transportation management, monitoring accuracy and efficiency of transportation process through agents management, and support urgent transportation cases
· Design and confirm the transportation concept for import and export, to maximize the operating profit
· Manage forwarder performance, meet the service requirement in contract and drive for continuous improvement
· Regularly review the performance with the forwarder and follow up actions
· Demurrage / detention fee monitoring and root cause analysis, support on cross team for demurrage / detention fee control and optimize
· Support on qualify/contract renew process
· Verify the delivery cost according to contract/operation record and arrange for payment
· Verify detention cost according to contract/operation record and arrange for payment
· Ensure all related invoices are accurate
· Other tasks related to transportation

Knowledge 要求知识与技能

· College degree or above, business/trading/logistics field is preferred 大专以上学历，商务/贸易/物流相关专业为佳
· 3+ years working experience in the same field, background in related industrial fields are much preferred 三年以上物流相关经验，同行业从业者为佳
· Familiar with shipping, CIQ (Customs Laws and regulations, Inspection and Quarantine regulations) and customs clearance requirements and processes 熟悉船务，海关法律法规，检验检疫法规
· Certificates for Custom clearance and CIQ declaration are must, driving license is preferred 持有效报关员/报检员资格证，有驾照者为佳
· Familiar with MS office software 熟悉操作办公室软件
· Speaking in Cantonese and Mandarin 普通话和粤语流利
· English – good reading and writing skills, speaking is prior 具有一定的英文阅读和写作能力
