1. University degree or above, major in product design or industry design will be an advantage.

2. 5 years or above product design experiences, toys design are preferred.

3. Experienced in prototype samples development, good knowledge of mass production process, marketing, package and costing estimation.

4. A good working knowledge of the Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator programs, good sketching and rendering technique, etc.

5. Creative, active, aggressive and optimistic inspirit.

6. Good interpersonal skills and team player, be patient & careful and can work under heavy pressure.

7. Fluent in English, Mandarin

8. Knowledge and understanding of Western culture.

9. Working with US design team and marketing team in exploring and developing toys, concepts, idea sketch to production.
