Job Description
1、The person holding this position will be accountable for all administration and human resource issues include recruitment 、 employee procedure transaction、labor contact preparing and files management.
2、Stocking and managing stationery and office supplies and budgeting daily administration expenses.
3、Organizing company activity and training.
4、Making all the company data statistical and reporting to department head monthly.
5、Managing and maintaining company property.
6、Receiving visitor and guest.
7、Others daily issues of administration and human resource.

Qualifications:
1、Female between 22 and 30 years old is preferred.
2、Fluent in English listening、speaking and writing.
3、Good at composition in both Chinese and English.
4、Familiar with Microsoft office system.
5、Be scrupulous、patient、responsible and open-minded.
6、Cantonese is a plus.
