In 2009 we founded our international branch in Shenzhen, China, and began offering our products worldwide in 2012. Over eight years of experience in the security sector has enabled us to develop world-class video surveillance products.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Field Application Engineer to join our team. This role will see you supporting our business customers and end-users with any issues or questions they have about our products. You will be working closely with our Domestic Sales team and be responsible for keeping track of all customer support issues and ensuring they are dealt with in a timely manner. Occasional travel to client sites in China is needed and you will be expected to provide our clients with product demonstrations and product training.

Requirements
? Previous experience as a Field Application Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role in the IT industry.
? Good organizational, time-management, and problem solving skills.
? A passion for all things technical.
? Ideally you will have some knowledge of the following:
o Video surveillance
o Analogue and IP cameras
o DVR, NVR, and video surveillance software
o Setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting networks
o Computer and server hardware
? Excellent oral and written Chinese and English is a must.
