CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

Job duties
* Handle Existing Clients’ Repeat Order Follow up till Delivery.
* Liaise with 2 Factories (own & outsourced) for Compare Costs, Monitor Production Status, ensure Prompt Delivery
* Clarify & pass all required Production & Packaging Info. from Clients’ Orders to Factories for Production.
* Inventory Control (Finished Goods In/ Out ….etc.) / Ensure No out of stock / Prepare Inventory Analysis.
* Communicate Clearly with various parties - both External (e.g. clients, own & outsourced factories, shipping forwarders) and Internal (e.g. Sales, Accounting colleagues)
* Handle Sea Shipments via Shipping Forwarders, local deliveries via transportation companies.
* Generate Monthly Reports in Sales & Production Forecast
* Manage Routine Paper Work & Filing system from Clients’ Enquiry & Orders, till Delivery (i.e. Clients' required documents, issue Sales Invoices to clients / issue Purchase Orders to factories.)

Skills required
* Educated Level of Associate (大专) or above
* Minimum 3~4 years relevant working experience
* Has advantage with experience in Consumer Products Trading or Manufacturing Companies ( in Dental / Healthcare products)
* Organized & Work Independently
* Good Communication Skills with factories and internal colleagues.
* Good in read and written English and Chinese, & good spoken in Cantonese.
* High attention to details.
* Ability to multi-task, work independently & under pressure.
* Proficiency in software such as MS Office, MS Excel, Word & Power-point
