Responsibility
1. Development and implement assembly process control plan, include zero defect planning of TQM, proactive action to avoid quality risk in whole manufacturing process to meet customer requirements
2. Organize and Implement quality system and process audit in entire company process
3. Identify customer needs to review and approval product test specification and inspection criteria in IQC, PQC&IPQC, OQC&ORT, develop CTQ & CTP control chart
4. Coach & training quality control skill and continuous improvement for employees
5. Lead quality meeting to response quality complaint and top defect in process, direct communicate to customer if necessary
6. Follow reliability test result and feed back to process for detective improvement
7. Manage quality KPI as team leader, responsibility to create company quality policy, target and related management system
8. Involve serious quality problem analysis and review CoPQ risk, make conclusion for delivery
9. Guide supply chain quality management procedure and related supplier certificated criteria, develop vendor quality control procedure
10. Communicate to customer for all quality cases in NPI and MP process through proactive quality management activities such as APQP, DFx, DFSS …etc.
Capability:
1. Understand modern quality control methodology and continuous improvement tools such as six sigma
2. Know well electronics or related audio product manufacturing process with world-wide company management experience
3. Strong supply chain quality development and control capability with lean concept and coaching skill to expand total quality management knowledge
4. Strong communicate skill in English and Chinese


This potion will base in Danshui, Huizhou, Guangdong.
