In this combined role you will as Senior Consultant

• implement Teleopti CCC – an award winning Work Force Management solution (WFM) – that includes tools that manage, involve and improve work force management in today′s contact center, or the complete enterprise including back office, branches and stores.
• together with our partners and channel managers, identify and understand the needs of our customers and prospects. Thereafter you will scope and deliver a solution that creates value for them. You will be in close contact with our team of presales engineers across the world to enhance methods and sales tools.

Job description

• Prepare and perform customer demonstrations of Teleopti CCC.
• Analyze customer data and suggest improvements (i.e. Operational Assessments).
• Together with the customer find a solution suitable for their business requirements.
• Define, run and lead projects together with our customers and partners.
• Revenue responsibility for the projects and revenue contribution to the company.
• Lead workshops and guide the customer through the implementation and system configuration.
• Train and support customers and partners.
• Perform consulting for improve purposes at existing customers.
• Support Teleopti’s own as well as Teleopti partners’ sales organization.

Requirements

• Technical university degree, preferably within IT.
• Fluent Chinese and excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience of Project Management.
• Experience of user training and running workshops.
• A selling attitude.
• Good knowledge of MS Windows environment.
• Experience of MS SQL is preferred.
• Experience of Call Center or Workforce Planning is an advantage.
• Experience of business solution systems, like WFM, HR, CRM and/or other call center related software is an advantage.

This position is located in Shenzhen, but requires traveling both in China. Travel to other areas can also be possible.
