1、要求有货代行业三年左右的从业经验，有美线FOB客服经验优先 。
2、有良好的沟通能力，能处理好与客户，与发货商之间的关系。
3、具有良好的英语能力，能熟练通过邮件与国外公司进行日常的工作沟通。
4、工作态度认真负责，具良好的团队合作精神，能灵活处理工作中遇到的突发事件。
5、旺季时候可以承受一定的工作压力
